The Coaching Program has made me think differently – about how I approach situations, people, etc. It has made me recognize both positive and negatives about myself, our teams, the organization, etc. but in a constructive manner so that we can make changes or do more of the positives. I also feel it has opened better lines of communication amongst the leadership team which was very needed.

On a group level this training has been great to work through the sessions as a team. It has created a better understanding of how both like-minded and different we all are as people and as leaders. I think the sessions have improved our working relationship as a team. Everyone is more thoughtful and more appreciative of each other’s working styles. Everyone also cares about the company and feeling a positive impact/contribution.

I’ve especially valued receiving the 360 feedback from my peers and better understanding how I am perceived by others. This has helped me become aware of my strengths and understand how I can improve as a senior leader.
