Chris brings a broad range of experiences to helping you better understand performance in your organizational context. He spent the first years of his career living and working in Japan where he was involved in training & development, as well as in communication. He has worked in the not-for-profit environment, as well as in the private sector in sales/business development and as an external consultant. His industry experience also includes Media/Publishing, Health Care and Technology.
He is on faculty at the Schulich School of Business, where he teaches stakeholder management in both the MBA and IMBA programs. In York University’s Faculty of Health, he is a Program Director in the Health Leadership and Learning Network. He is a Master Coach with The Mind Gym, working with such clients as Unilever, Spectra Energy, Aviva Insurance and Thomson Reuters.
He speaks French and Japanese, and lives in Toronto with his wife and three kids.
