Since founding Ignition Coaching LLC in 2011, Kully has built a respected boutique executive coaching firms operating globally - growing from a solo practice in Hong Kong to a team of 16 world-class coaches across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Kully partners with senior leaders and their teams on the challenges that matter most right now: navigating organizational complexity, leading through rapid change, building psychological safety, and developing the emotional intelligence to lead with both impact and humanity. Her work spans executive coaching, team coaching, and leadership development -  always bespoke, always grounded in evidence.

At clients such as Regeneron, where she has served as Executive Coach and Facilitator for over a decade, Kully designs and delivers programs at the intersection of psychometrics, emotional intelligence, and performance including immersive group coaching sessions for biotech leadership cohorts grounded in Leadership research. Her facilitation work extends to high-stakes team interventions, helping leadership teams build trust, establish working norms, and create the conditions for honest dialogue.

She brings to every engagement a dual lens that is rare in the coaching world: 15 years of senior business leadership in risk management and internal audit including Director-level work at Deloitte UK  alongside deep, science-backed coaching expertise. This combination means clients get a coach who understands organizational pressures from the inside.

Increasingly, Kully also works with executives as a confidential thinking partner for navigating AI and complexity. This work combines coaching with hands-on exploration of how AI fits into their role  from research and synthesis to communication and decision support. The focus is on clarity, sound judgment, and reducing cognitive overload, not adding tools for the sake of it.

Born in the UK, Kully has lived and worked in London, Hong Kong, New York and now California. She is drawn to nature, hiking, meditation, dancing, and family and is a firm believer that resilience has to be practiced, not just coached.
