Matthew brings 14 years of experience designing and facilitating adaptive leadership coaching and professional development grounded in Emotionally Intelligent Leadership Theory. This work includes coach training for senior leaders as well as direct coaching of leaders across the leadership pipeline. His executive coaching work includes the CEOs, CAO’s (chief academic officers) and Superintendents of five high-performing charter management organizations, division heads of Amherst college and Yale University, and over 50 school and non-profit leaders.
Matt is an ICF ACC-certified executive coach. He is also a meta-coach, program faculty member, and curriculum developer for Daniel Goleman’s Emotional Intelligence Coaching & Training Programs, and a contributor to Goleman’s coaching blog and Primer series through Key Step Media.
