Regeneron initially sought out Resilience workshops to support overwhelmed employees facing constant change and uncertainty. Ignition is now a key partner in providing executive coaching, team workshops and wellbeing services. 

Our Approach

Executive Coaching

Having supported Regeneron with various services since 2015, Ignition understands the unique culture, dynamics and structures within the organization enabling us to better serve their high performing leaders. 

Since 2018, Ignition has been a preferred Executive Coach provider globally for Regeneron’s leaders. We provide six-month coaching programs, which include a comprehensive 360 report based on qualitative interviews and detailed coaching plans to support selected high-performing leaders.

We’ve worked with leaders across the drug development cycle including, but not limited to, Research and Development, Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Operations. 

Team Coaching

Ignition has supported a number of teams across Regeneron, with team building and resilience workshops. We are an ongoing key partner for a nine-month leadership development program supporting medical doctors. During the monthly peer learning sessions, we focus on fostering a safe space, which enables the team to show up and openly share their biggest challenges and better support one another. 

Wellbeing Programs

Regeneron’s leadership looked to support all of their employees who were feeling the mental health implications during the pandemic and the added pressure of creating a treatment for COVID19. 

When the pandemic struck, Regeneron asked Ignition to create an online version of the Resilience program to be accessible to all 8000 employees.  In addition to the online learning, we offered regular Resilience and Meditation workshops and blended learning with both online and live online workshops to selected teams using the WAVE™ framework.   

Prior to that, Ignition facilitated in-person half and full day programs across departments. This included our customized WAVE™ program for Mindful Resilience framed around the four key areas on building resiliency: Wisdom, Alignment, Vitality, Engagement. 

All of our programs offer science-backed practical applications for staff to raise greater awareness and integrate intentionally at the individual, team, and organizational levels. 

We supplemented workshops with our tailored virtual learning platforms, which enabled teams to go deeper in their learning and build stronger team connections.
