The Need

Initially, the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) was looking for an Executive Coach for one of their high performing leaders. Now, Ignition is one of ASPCA’s preferred Coaching partners.

Our Approach

Executive Coaching:

Ignition delivered our robust six-month coaching program to three leaders across the organization. Our six-month coaching program includes a comprehensive 360 report based on qualitative interviews and detailed coaching plans to support selected high-performing leaders.

We customized each Coaching engagement to ensure we focused on the individual client needs, and where appropriate, provided a mix of coaching, mentoring, 360 feedback, and online learning through our virtual academy. Given our dynamic approach we are now one of ASPCA’s preferred Coaching partners to support their high performing leaders across the organization.

Team Workshops:

In addition to coaching, we facilitated Resilience and Psychological Safety workshops to teams to build greater trust and engagement. For the communications team we measured psychological safety across 4 dimensions:

  • Diversity and Inclusion,

  • Willingness to Help,

  • Attitude to Risk and Failure,

  • Open Conversations

This was followed by a 90-minute dialogue to explore the results to celebrate the team’s strengths and discuss ways of building even greater trust and connection.
