About

Ronald is a seasoned executive who brings to his clients a high degree of insight and supportive challenge. His background in financial services has equipped him with a resilience and stamina to support senior executives facing unprecedented change.

Ronald’s coaching style is open and pragmatic with an ability to get to the core needs being presented.  He works with clients on leadership and presence, effective teamwork, navigating change and developing inclusive practices within the Diversity & Inclusion space.  He is especially interested in facilitating change and inclusive leadership within individuals, teams and systems.

His recent coaching and facilitation client sectors include asset management, legal, pharmaceutical, life science technology, financial services, creative and media agencies, branded lifestyle apparel, technology consulting services, food packaging & processing, property investment and the university (MBA) sector.

Having spent a large part of his career at an international bank, Ronald is fluent with both cross-cultural issues and matrix leadership styles of large and complex companies.

Ronald sits on the Finance and Human Resources committees of Heep Hong Society, a leading children’s charity in Hong Kong. He volunteers at various other non-profits including WiFA (Women in Finance Asia) and ICF Hong Kong.

Ronald is a qualified coach (ICF, IECL), and a licenced practitioner in various psychometric tools. He holds an MBA and a BComm from Australian universities and qualified as a chartered accountant early in his career. He draws inspiration from his family, yoga, architecture and design, and in the Stoic principles of leading a purposeful life.

Ronald speaks English and conversational Cantonese.
