Ronald is a seasoned executive who brings to his clients a high degree of insight and supportive challenge. His background in global companies has equipped him with a resilience and stamina to support senior executives facing unprecedented change and managing diverse teams. Ronald’s coaching style is open and pragmatic with an ability to get to the core needs being presented.

Based in Hong Kong, he coaches a range of clients across the region in the corporate and non-profit sectors, working with them on leadership, developing resilience, communication styles and executive presence.  He is especially interested in facilitating change within individuals, teams and systems.

His recent coaching and facilitation client sectors include pharmaceutical, life science technology, financial services, branded lifestyle apparel, technology consulting services, food packaging & processing, creative, media, marketing communication agencies and property investment.

Ronald is a Board member and Finance Committee Chairman of a leading children’s charity in Hong Kong. He has also been a past mentor at Hong Kong University.

Ronald was born in Fiji and completed his high school and university education in Australia. He enjoys living in Hong Kong with his wife, two young daughters and Charcoal, their British shorthair cat.
