ABOUT

Mohamed has worked as a coach for more than 70 organizations in over 10 countries across the GCC, Africa, and Europe. He has coached over 3000 leaders from different levels, ranging from future leaders to senior executives. He has successfully trained and qualified over 100 professional coaches. He has also designed and overseen the delivery of multiple leadership development journeys.

On the academic forefront, he teaches ICF certification qualifying programs in a New York based International School of Coaching and is one of the AUC Triple-Crown University, and Center for Creative Leadership (CCL) faculty staff and delivers training and coaching with the world’s most reputable providers. At Elm Company he is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of various leadership development solutions to clients, these solutions are mostly learning journeys that includes assessment, training, and coaching, among other learning elements.
