About

Jeremy is an experienced coach and facilitator with a strong business background. He combines a unique blend of ontological coaching and neuroscience with twenty-five years of personal leadership experience in demanding settings.

Jeremy helps senior executives with transformational change to improve performance and to help them to be more resourceful and resilient. He also has a strong interest in helping others to work strategically and to achieve greater personal authenticity. Jeremy particularly enjoys working with people on emotional regulation, emotional intelligence and stress management, or over extended periods of time where outcomes are not always easy to define.

Jeremy works with senior leaders: regional and country heads, senior partners, general managers and heads of functions. He also brings rich experience from his facilitation of management and leadership workshops to over 5,000 executives across a wide range of countries and cultures. Jeremy’s leadership experience includes regional COO and CFO roles during periods of immense change in the financial sector.

Jeremy was born in the UK and worked in Asia for over 20 years. He now divides his time between Hong Kong and the UK. He also runs a small business importing artisan ciders into Asia. He is married with three children.
