Belinda is a trainer and strategist focused on helping individuals and organizations to find positive and intentional alignment of strengths, attitudes, and behaviors for authentic living and thriving teams.
Prior to joining Ignition, Belinda served in higher education administration, ran a boutique coaching and research company, worked in U.S. public diplomacy, established a non-profit, and practiced as a management consultant.
Belinda is on the faculty of Dr Daniel Goleman's Coaching for Emotional Intelligence certification and a certified teacher for the Google-born Search Inside Yourself leadership program.
She has worked with organizations such as Dartmouth College, New York Power Authority, the National Science Foundation, U.S. Department of State, and Dove Consulting Group.
Belinda is known for her dynamic and energetic approach to inspire people to evaluate mindsets and behaviors, her honesty and discernment to gently guide and challenge others to look beyond the surface, and her ability to bring serious scholarship and research with a sense of fun, curiosity, and simplicity. Belinda currently lives in New Hampshire with Bandit, the pink-nosed pup.
